140mm/100 Office Chair Gas Lift With 100mm Drop-Through Taper

This gas lift is commonly ordered for task chairs and executive chairs with a hi-rise base*. Not suitable for office chairs with flatter bases.

The best way to check if this gas lift is suitable for your chair is to measure the height range. To do this, put your chair in its lowest position. Now measure the height from the floor to anywhere along the side of the seat. Next, raise your chair to its maximum height. Once again measure from the floor to the same location on the side of your seat. Now add 2cm to your measurement. The difference should be approximately 140mm (14cm).

*Works best with a combination of our Black Hi-Rise Base and 60mm Executive Castors as these raise the gas lift column off the floor, providing better clearance on carpets and rugs.

IMPORTANT: Will not work with our polished Aluminium Hi-Rise base (for that base use 140/80mm, 140/50mm, 140/42mm gas lifts instead).

QUALITY: These are high quality commercial grade CLASS 4 gas lifts, offering a safe working load of 160kg.
