How gas lift replacement works

Our process is fairly simple.

1. 1. 1. Give us a call or email detailing the issue you are having with your chair. The most common issue is described as “My office chair is going down slowly!” When this happens, it’s a good indication that your gas lift has failed. Other indications are a feeling that the gas lift has lost that soft “bounce” when you sit on your chair, or you can see oil around the top of the gas lift or seeping through the base.
      2. We’ll usually ask you to text us a photo of your chair in it’s entirety, along with the label underneath if you have one.
      3. We provide you with a fixed quote.
      4. We then call out on site, remove your existing gas lift and replace it with a new one. The whole process can take a few minutes, although difficult gas lifts can take up to an hour. NOTE: If you are in our normal mobile zone and we find that the gas lift can’t be replaced, you’ll pay nothing!
