OUR REFUND POLICY
Any product sold as a part (such as a gas lift, castors, or chair base) may be returned within 7 days of purchase providing:
> It has not already been installed on a chair
> It has not been marked or damaged in any way
> It is protectively re-packaged
> The cost of return freight is paid by the buyer
Products that may not be returned under any circumstances are:
> New office chairs
> Custom made products
