This product is an excellent generic replacement for the genuine Herman Miller Aeron or Mirra 2 top-activated gas lifts.

Installing this gas lift may slightly increase the minimum and the maximum height of your Aeron or Mirra 2 chair depending on the star base you are using.

This gas lift may require the adjustment of the set screw above the gas lift button. The set screw is located under the seat of your Aeron chair. Adjustment is a simple procedure, which requires a half to full turn of the adjusting screw with an allen key (you can see the small adjusting screw on the far right in the video below).

NOTE: Not suitable for the side activated gas lift.
